I had hoped to include a photo, but I was not happy with any of the ones I took. I’ll try again.
Today marked the beginning of a new self-care effort. Eating well. Walking. Working out. Stretching. Drinking water. Probably more.
There’s a lot to do. And I hope to do it..
See you along the Trail.

I remember running my first (and so far only) timed 5K with the support of my son, Sean and my friend and trainer Nicole Kung. Desi Aldorando was there that day as well; she took the photo. Boxster was the artistic director. Remembering, I commit to running at least one more 5K by this time next year.

In support of friends in Lincoln, Nebraska who were participating in the Autism 5K today, I did 5K on the treadmill. It’s the first time I have done 5K since I have been back in New York.

After a week away and a few days off due to laziness, I returned to the gym today.
I spent thirty minutes on the treadmill and did some core work.
Then I did an arms and legs workout with NK Body Philosophy. At some point during the evening ahead, I will stretch to March Madness.
Hopefully this marks the beginning of a routine.
Now if I could just do something to restrain my eating …

The workout schedule has been spotty. But today brought stretching and core work with NK Body Philosophy late this afternoon.
Additional stretching followed this evening. The effort continues.
