Gym in Tricia’s Bathroom
I am in Louisville to help Tricia recuperate from hip replacement surgery. There is a small gym in her apartment complex where I use the treadmill. However, they don’t have mats that I like. Tricia does. She also has a big bathroom. And so the gym in Tricia’s bathroom was born. There stretching and core work occurs.

Pharmacy at Kroger. Hungry. Tired. Frustrated waiting for pharmacists to wrestle with insurance (for the record, the pharmacists were wonderful)! No junk food!!
