Roberto Clemente became my hero when I first saw him play. His commitment to justice and community involvement expanded my understanding of athletes and heroes. Feliz cumpleaños, Roberto. Te recuerdo.

Gym in Tricia’s Bathroom
I am in Louisville to help Tricia recuperate from hip replacement surgery. There is a small gym in her apartment complex where I use the treadmill. However, they don’t have mats that I like. Tricia does. She also has a big bathroom. And so the gym in Tricia’s bathroom was born. There stretching and core work occurs.
