Wild horses
Germantown Mill Lofts has proven a wonderful place for Tricia rehab from her hip replacement surgery. There are long, flat, air-conditioned halls to walk. Photos of the days when the mill functioned appear as does equipment from that time. Art is present as well – such as this sculpture.

Gym in Tricia’s Bathroom
I am in Louisville to help Tricia recuperate from hip replacement surgery. There is a small gym in her apartment complex where I use the treadmill. However, they don’t have mats that I like. Tricia does. She also has a big bathroom. And so the gym in Tricia’s bathroom was born. There stretching and core work occurs.
