Went to Gaithersburg, Maryland to make a presentation. Walked during the presentation and in airports enough to make 10,000 steps. For the second day in a row, did not do a focused exercise period so there was no real playlist for the day.

Healing: A Tribute

“I always wondered how she was able to give so much when she had so little to offer. But, as I have grown, I have come to understand that her selflessness was liberating. It was as positive for her as it was for those she was serving. It gave her complete freedom to find goodness in all people, and in every circumstance. I try everyday to follow suit in this practice. In alleviating myself of the “self,” I have lifted off a lot of the fear I once possessed, and in turn I have become a kinder, more compassionate person.’

Who, exactly, was Jesus?
Was he a teacher who said some cool stuff, a healer who healed some folk, but was pretty much just like you and me—maybe a wiser version of the best of humanity?
Was he God, himself, come down from the clouds of heaven on a lightning bolt to walk among us, but not really be like us? Did he just appear to be human, a divine hologram, but was actually all divine, angel, glory filled awesomeness?
Was he somehow both? Fully human. Fully God.
