The Until We Meet Again Tour took an unexpected and delightful turn. John Gingrich invited me and about half the Presbytery of New York City to attend a concert by violinist Jinjoo Cho at Carnegie Hall.

The Until We Meet Again Tour – 5 July 2016
The Until We Meet Again Tour visited Bryan Park, the main New York Public Library, and Central Park. Tricia and I repeatedly tried to win tickets to see the musical Hamilton, but failed. However we had several Hamilton sightings around town.

The Until We Meet Again Tour – 30 May 2016
The Until We Meet Again Tour spent a final day on Long Island with Mary Speer and Tricia. The highlight was butterfly exhibit at the Long Island Aquarium.

The Until We Meet Again Tour hopped on a sightseeing bus on the Upper West Side. Tricia and I hopped on in Midtown where we spotted a moose.

The Until We Meet Again Tour – 29 May 2016
The Until We Meet Again Tour continued its Long Island sojourn. Mary Speers joined Tricia and me after worship at Setauket Presbyterian Church and we traveled out the island to Montauk State Park, making several stops along the way.

On our way from Strawberry Fields to the New York Historical Society,
Tricia and I stopped at Tenzen Restaurant for lunch,
the purple building stands across the street.

The Until We Meet Again Tour had an easy day. It started at Strawberry Fields and then Tricia and I walked to the New York Historical Society. There we saw Hamilton memorabilia and a statue. Not quite the same as the show. But our efforts to win the lottery have fallen short. So far.
